The Roadex Shopify Integration app connects your Shopify store with Roadex freight and logistics services, enabling automated order synchronization, shipment tracking, and fulfillment management.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Shopify store
• You must have a valid Roadex account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure accuracy of order and shipping information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Sync orders from your Shopify store to Roadex
• Track shipment status and updates
• Manage fulfillment processes
• Access reporting and analytics features

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

The Service may be subject to fees as determined by Shopify's App Store pricing. Any shipping and logistics fees are determined by Roadex and are separate from app fees.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROADEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roadex from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
